Knife and Herbs Block Print

from $15.00

This print is a quiet portrait of the heart of my kitchen: my well-worn knife (once my father’s) and a few favorite ingredients—rosemary, shallots, garlic, and cracked black pepper. It’s a small, everyday scene from my cutting board, a reminder of care, rhythm, and connection.

Printed from a hand-carved linoleum block, each image is pressed using oil-based ink on recycled paper. You can choose the classic black & white print, or select a hand-colored version where I’ve added soft watercolor to highlight the ingredients. Every piece is unique—no two are exactly alike.

This print is part of a numbered edition of 150. The print you receive may not be the exact one shown in photos, but it will be from the same block and batch.

Details:

  • 3x4” image on 5x7” French Paper Company recycled paper

  • Edition of 150, signed and numbered

  • Printed by hand with oil-based ink

  • Option: black & white or hand-colored with watercolor

  • Optional simple black plastic frame (ready to hang)

  • Made in small batches on the Mississippi Gulf Coast

This piece makes a thoughtful gift for cooks, food lovers, or anyone who understands the magic of a good knife and a quiet kitchen moment.
